letter of intent to purchase

Letter of intent Form
The easiest way to submit a Letter of Intent to Purchase  is to simply complete our on-line form below.

Please you ensure that all details are completed correctly as the contracts will be issued based on those details.

IMPORTANT Please note in relation to the following form.
I/We understand that contract documents are required to be executed for any "DEVELOPMENT" I/We purchase in. As such, I/We request a complete set of contract documents be forwarded to Me/Us, should I/We be successful in securing this unit to purchase.  By submitting this form I/We confirm that we have read your privacy policy online at http://www.investmentmentor.com.au/privacy.htm

* Re Unit/lot number
Some developments can sell very quickly. If you have a first and second choice please mark the unit number, for example, "5 OR12" - if 5 is your first choice and 12 your second. Sometimes in the time it takes us to submit a Letter Of Intent the developer can have accepted one from another agent on the same unit. Not often but it does happen.

*Regarding preferred solicitor:

When you use a preferred mrd solicitor to carry out the property settlement and conveyancing we have arranged for group searches to be performed on the "DEVELOPMENT" and the costs to be divided across all purchasers so we can pass these savings on to you. We also request that the "SOLICITOR" hold up all costs until settlement, again assisting you during the settlement process. The preferred solicitor allocated will be one of the following.
Clements Lawyers: PO Box 1917, SURFERS PARADISE QLD 4217 (07) 5591-6755 FAX (07) 5591-6705 terrina@clementslawyers.com.au
