(1) We are property investors ourselves and speak from our own experience. We relate our own “stories” to you and you can benefit from our many years of investing in property.
(2) We are a “boutique” organisation and deal with you personally. Unlike larger organisations that deal with thousands of people and often become “impersonal”. With mrd you will only be dealing with investors who have years of experience.
(3) We research specifically, property for investment purposes. Looking at areas of increasing population growth and limited supply. Those areas that have the best potential for capital growth (but we don’t have a “crystal ball” – no one does)

(4) We supply extensive information on the properties and surrounding areas to support our reasons for believing the property we list is a good investment, so you can make an informed “quality” decision. This includes a series of personalised analysis reports that will show you how any given property can be expected to work for you.
(5) Because handling the tax issues is so important (and an area people often make mistakes) we pay for a licensed quantity surveyor to complete depreciation schedules for you – at no cost to you.
(6) We assist you all the way through the process, right down to finding tenants for your new property.
(7) We are not here to “sell you a property” – we are here to help you build a property portfolio and achieve financial independence. It is only good business sense (win/win business) to ensure that your first mrd property is successful as then you will want to join our clients who are purchasing their 2nd and 3rd (and more) mrd investments.
(8) We can recommend professionals to assist you, solicitors, finance brokers etc. Things like setting up the right kind of loans can be as important as finding the right property.
